ABOUT THE CHARITY

Trustees

Eleven Trustees manage the Charity and meet regularly throughout the year. Seven are representative of the Parish of Eltham and four Chislehurst.

Staff

The Charity employs four members of staff: a Warden, who looks after the well-being of residents and arranges many social activities; a Premises Manager, who lives on site and looks after the buildings and gardens, a Clerk to the Trustees and a Warden’s Assistant. 

Accommodation

There are 36 flats of which 24 one-bedroom flats have been converted from the almshouses built in 1929. There are also 9 two-bedroom and 3 one-bedroom flats in Robinson House, built in the 1970s, that are wheelchair-accessible.
